General FAQ's

What if it rains?

I will always look at the weather forecast 1-2 days before your photo shoot and we will be able to decide if the session will still going ahead. If we postpone to another date, there will be no additional changes.

Can I change my booking?

Yes, you will be able to change the date and time of your photo shoot session at no additional charges if you give me a 48 hour notice. For clients that give less than 48 hours notice, this change may be subject to an administration fee of £25.
No show : If for any reason after receiving your confirmation, you fail to attend your photo shoot appointment (or do not give notice), you will lose your booking fees, however we will refund any products purchased in advance.

How far do you travel?

I am based in Cheshire but will travel countrywide and internationally.
I will travel for free to areas up to 40  miles away from postcode SK1 4NN. After that I  will charge 40p per mile. For another further than 40 miles please contact me for a quote.

What are my payment options?

Sessions and products can be paid by cash, cheque, bank transfer, card/credit card.
Session fees are non refundable and payable when booking your appointment.
Products are payable during your viewing session (cash, cheque, bank transfer, card).
Please note your products will only be ordered once the payment has cleared.
Is there a minimum order when purchasing your products?
The minimum investment is £300 , to give you an idea my clients would invest between £500 to £1300 on a selection of framed prints , digital files and other products.
